Important Reminder: You must be ready for Making Tax Digital!

This is just a reminder to let you know that you should be seriously considering the implications of Making Tax Digital on your business. Pegasus has recently released a Making Tax Digital White Paper that explains what the legislative changes will be and what implications and benefits it will have for your business. If you are an Opera II user you will already be aware from our emails and seminars that Pegasus will no longer be supporting the software with updates for Making Tax Digital nor Payroll end of year changes. This means that unless you move to Opera 3 before April 2019 you will be unable to submit your VAT returns nor your FPS and this will have very serious implications for your whole business.

It is vitally important that you start planning your move to Opera 3 as soon as possible.

Pegasus are firmly commited to providing a Making Tax Digital solution for Opera 3 and they are aiming to release an update to support Making Tax Digital alongside the 2019 payroll end of year release. If you would like some advanced training and assistance assist with submitting your VAT returns through Opera 3, including how to manage your data and training on how to clear down the VAT tables to start fresh then get in touch. Be aware that as every single one of our customers is in the same situation then please be prepared and request assistance in advance so that you are not disappointed.
