Julia works as a senior member of the sales team. She enters sales
orders from customers, answers pricing and availability queries.
She is responsible for liaising with the Operations Manager to ensure
that her customers are kept informed of the status of all orders
they have placed. Julia also deals with any return orders.
Julia's duties include:
- Creates, approves and sends quotations to her customers
- Enters sales orders and checks Stock Availability
- Communicates with customers on delayed or unfulfilled orders
- Takes return order requests
- Produces sales statistic reports
