    Dynamic Foundations provides an up-to-date view of operations across your construction based organisation. Information is consolidated into the centralised Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 system making it easier to access and compare data.     The Data Manager enables the complicated table and field structures of Dynamics NAV to be presented in simple easy to understand 'Reporting Tables or 'Data-Marts''. All the problems of joining tables and understanding what field names mean are eliminated enabling even non-technical users to build reports in Excel, an environment they know well, quickly and easily.

    BVxL has three different types of reporting tool all of which are accessed from within Excel:
    • A list builder for variable length and variable content reports, such as Aged Debt

    • Drill down on cells to see transaction details: You can click on any cell to drill down to the individual transactions making up the balance in the cell.

    • Display your data graphically : You can highlight any area within your spreadsheet and represent it graphically. As you change any variable, the graphs update immediately.

    The BVxL Excel Report Writer has been designed to provide a simple but flexible solution to all your reporting requirements. BVxL provides you with the ability to see, at a glance, how your business is performing and what changes could be made to improve profitability.

    The Reporting Module provides three different types of report building tool to suit any layout, Cell Builder, List Builder and Pivot Builder.
    • Cell Builder - for static layouts such as budget variance reports from multiple data sources or different types of data
